These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of the PlayAgain Used Games website. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pre-Owned Product Listings

PlayAgain sells authentic pre-owned physical games, consoles, controllers, accessories, and related items. Product listings describe platform, condition, stock, price, included items, and region information as clearly as possible.

DLC, bonus codes, online passes, manuals, inserts, batteries, and extra accessories are included only when the listing explicitly says they are included.

Condition Grades

• Grade A: Clean presentation with minimal wear and normal tested playability.
• Grade B: Light to moderate visible wear, still function-tested.
• Grade C: Heavier cosmetic wear or worn packaging, still tested as playable before listing.

Pricing And Availability

Prices, sale prices, discounts, stock, and product availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you about the order.

Shipping

Eligible in-stock orders may qualify for same-day dispatch when placed before cutoff. Most U.S. orders arrive in 2-3 business days after shipment, and some ZIP codes may qualify for next-day delivery. Free U.S. shipping $35+ applies to eligible orders before taxes, fees, and excluded services.

30-Day Play-It Guarantee

Eligible products may be returned free within 30 days if the item has a quality issue or if the game simply is not for you. Returned items should be sent back with the included product and packaging received, unless customer support gives different instructions.

Order Review And Fraud Prevention

We may review, hold, cancel, or refund orders when needed for inventory accuracy, payment review, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or store security.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with store security, scrape protected systems, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, PlayAgain is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the website or products. Customer rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by these terms.
