Every eligible PlayAgain order is covered by our 30-Day Play-It Guarantee. If the item has a quality issue, arrives incorrectly described, or the game simply is not fun for you, you can return it free within 30 days.

What is covered

• The disc, cartridge, console, controller, or accessory does not work as expected.
• The item does not match the condition, platform, version, or included-parts notes shown on the product page.
• The game is authentic and working, but it simply is not the right game for you.

Free 30-day returns

Eligible returns started within 30 days of delivery include free return support. Once the returned item is received and checked, we process the refund or replacement option according to the order record.

Return condition

Please return the same item that was shipped, including any case, manual, cable, controller, cartridge, disc, or accessory that was listed as included. Items are checked against the order record, SKU, photos, serial details when available, and condition notes.

Download codes and DLC

DLC, bonus codes, download codes, and one-time digital inserts are only guaranteed when the product page explicitly says they are included and unused.
