Same-day dispatch

Eligible in-stock orders placed before the daily cutoff may dispatch the same day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or during carrier holidays may ship the next business day.

Delivery speed

Most U.S. orders arrive in 2-3 business days after shipment. Some nearby ZIP codes may qualify for next-day delivery. Delivery estimates can vary by address, carrier volume, weather, and holidays.

Free U.S. shipping $35+

Eligible U.S. orders of $35 or more qualify for free shipping before taxes, fees, and any excluded services. The checkout page shows the available shipping options for your order.

Tracking and packing

Orders ship with tracking whenever available. Items are packed to protect discs, cases, cartridges, controllers, and hardware during transit.

Returns and delivery issues

Eligible items are covered by the 30-Day Play-It Guarantee. If the item has a quality issue, arrives incorrectly described, or the game simply is not for you, start a free return within 30 days of delivery.
